Vero, sister restaurants to Il Posto, offer specialty wood-fired pizzas and other Italian dishes, with the Denver location offering handmade pasta. Pizzas are cooked with fire in the exquisitely mosaic-tiled ovens, itself made from Vesuvian soil.
